Mirage Nail Spa

My best friend took me here on Sunday to get my nails done first thing when they opened. I told my nail tech that I was suspicious my boyfriend was going to propose and these would hopefully be my engagement nails. I noticed that one of the french tips was crooked. I informed her of this detail when my nails were wet. She seemed to fix it, then proceeded to put the top coat on and instructed me to cure my nails. I took a second look and noticed it was still crooked. I asked her to please fix it given the occasion. She filed the white off with the nail file and repainted it. It look great, but now there were scratch marks on my nail. I told her and asked if she could fix the scratches, and she got very defensive and told me no, she would not be fixing it. Ok, so I don’t get my nails done all of the time, but I do go periodically. I am absolutely SHOCKED at some of the reviews that say they’ve had bad service at this salon! I have probably been here at least 10 times over the past year or so and have had nothing but good experiences. Last year, I got a chrome layer put on top of the color I picked for my dip manicure and it started chipping off, I came in a few days after it started happening and the owner not only fixed it, but did not charge for fixing it. Most recently, I got my nails done by Becky, loved how they turned out and then got my finger caught in something that caused the dip powder to crack. I came in and after a search for the correct colors, they fixed it for me and everyone was very kind about it. They did not charge m

I went 3 days ago and got a regular manicure and pedicure with massages. I paid $135. The lady who helped me didn't put the pink base coat on me like the usual design (there was someone else waiting, I guess that's why she did it quickly). The nail polish came off after two days. It seemed very expensive for such poor quality service.

My nail tech created such intricate designs that I can’t stop admiring them. Each detail is executed carefully, making my nail set unique and eye-catching. I’m truly satisfied. 5/5 stars
