There was fantastic pre-service communication. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone was so friendly. My service was relaxing and I left feeling pampered. Not only was the service professional but she told me what she was applying and how it was beneficial for my skin, so I learned a good bit as well. I will definitely be returning. It was a lovely experience, and can't recommend them enough.

Mirror Aesthetics has some truly wonderful staff. The receptionist is always warm, friendly, and helpful, and the young lady who did my facial was amazing. I wish I had gotten her name — she was so sweet and gentle, and the massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. Those two really made the experience feel special. The only part that disappointed me was the director. On the day of my microneedling, she was trying to get me to commit to an additional package. I explained that I had only brought one card with enough to cover my facial and lunch, and that I needed to go home to get my other card before making any big purchases. When I checked out, she told the receptionist that I “needed to figure out some financial issues” and rolled her eyes. That comment and attitude rubbed me

I had a wonderful experience at this day spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The facial was really nice and left my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. Valerie was really kind and took great care of me. 10/10 recommend.

I've gotten several facials here. Orr is the best owner/manager. She is very attentive and always responds in a timely manner. Never had an issue with any of the staff here. Everyone's super friendly. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my esthetic needs! 😊
