I’ve been a loyal client here for almost 2 years with Lucy, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I always get curled lashes, but this time I was given flat, uneven lashes (photo attached)that is what she put on my real lashes. Usually it was only be 3 or so as a group. I asked during the appointment if they were the same as usual because they looked different, and I was told “yes.” When I got home, it was obvious they were not what I normally get. When I returned to have them removed, I was told they were “sold out” — even though I specifically asked during the appointment and was assured otherwise. been coming here for 2 years.Recently I’ve realized my lash extensions were lasting 10 days rather than a month. Today I went in for the 2 week retouch which is $75. I never asked for lash removal. They wanted to charge me for new set plus remove once I went to the register to pay. I said that’s not what we agreed on because it was a two week retouch I never asked for a removal. Language barrier made them unwilling to understand and laugh at me and talk in Chinese. It’s 15 % off for cash and the women said no, even though I was paying with cash. Then expected a tip. For some lashes that last a week and a half to get mediocre service you are not getting a tip from me. Kicking me out telling me to come back and then asking for a tip is crazy and ridiculous. Been here a few times and I love each visit. The place is very clean, very quiet. They listen to my requests and help me choose the best lashes for my needs. I always end up falling asleep during the process because they’re very gentle and it’s very relaxing. I got the 60pc cashmere set and they feel amazingly soft.

I have been coming here since last year, and every time I go, I am always pleased by the service the technicians do here in this establishment. They are very professional and put their customers first. They will even give a call back if any available appointments open up. The lashes are of the best quality and last longer than expected! I definitely would recommend to anymore for a natural everyday look, or for special occasions. They do a great job here
