Miss Nails

I am almost at a loss of words at this point. I am so very disappointed. I asked for acrylic nails with gel polish on top I wanted a full set, natural nude with white, medium length coffin shaped nail and with some rhinestones. This woman. Lord. Let’s just say I ended up with pearl white chrome. And some of my nails don’t even have the pearl chrome on them. I will post pictures. Five of my cuticles were nicked. The older lady is who did my nails and she wasn’t friendly. Ask for Christina if you do go here she seemed to know what she was doing and she was nice, yes she was very stressed out but she at least let her client walk out with gorgeous nails instead of these things that I ended up with. And I was still charged $58 dollars.

Christina is exceptional and love her service. She's affordable , clean , personal and all around lovely person. I love going and getting my nails done by her

I will never set foot in this place again. I’m a straight dude so a mani-pedi for me is about as basic as it gets. The lady made no attempt to communicate with me she just grabbed and tapped my feet and legs to get them where she wanted. There was no foot rub or calf massage. She scrubbed the callus on the ball of my foot and the un-calloused skin above it until I was bleeding, then she ignored all the other callouses. She refused to acknowledge that she had wounded me. She just kept wiping the blood away and looking out the front window, or turning her head 360 degrees to look at the fish tank behind her, while she was working on me! All so she could avoid looking at me. By the end of the treatment the foot bath was pink with my blood. After my service, my nails were dry, jagged and chipp

My first time in wasn’t the greatest experience. Miss Nail fixed that with making things right and continues to give me exactly what I ask for. Honestly they amaze me with how they took that first visit and turned it into …… A happy customer that WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!!! To add I am 40 and have a problem with anyone touching my feet ! I never had a pedicure until MIss Nail . They didn’t laugh or judge me . They made feel comfortable and now I am a satisfied loyal customer! Thank you for all your beautiful work and always taking great care of me and my needs ! Now I’m Daytona Beach Bound and nails match my perfectly with my bike ! 💛🖤

I am so disappointed. This is my first and will be my last time at this nail salon. Went in for a dip and the lady cut the hell out of my fingers. Never once apologized. Very careless.
