I went here from a special I saw online for a facial then when I was done they take u to the managers office or whoever she was she just basically wanted to sell me things , then she also had me get which was supposed to be 1 microneedling and 2 hydrafacial which I was excited for , I went the 1st time got the microneedling, went the 2nd time the lady was doing the same process so I told her wasn't it supposed to b hydrafacial like I know what I was getting done then she was looking at the papers and I guess she didnt really know what to say and obviously since she already started the process I stayed with it I know microneedling is good but I really wanted the hydrafacial, I go in my last time im excited for my hydrafacial again same process I ask again like lady u know me by now and i

These people are the worst, I came in for a simple facial and then they took me into this managers room to try to sell me some facial products and machine with Morpheus in a package , once my credit was approved everything seen just right at the moment, was coming in every month for my treatment and then on December they cancel my appointment due to the new years holidays approaching, then after the holidays I been calling them multiple times to schedule an appointment and no one answers , I even showed up to the spot and it’s closed , I keep calling and calling and now phone doesn’t even ring , these people are scammers they moved or went missing with peoples credit cards money ,they need to be locked up !!! Don’t fall for these make believe facial spots !!!!

Came in for a facial treatment and was met by friendly staff. Andrea was wonderful. Her presence was calm, the facial was hydrating and firming in all the right areas. I left feeling better than when I walked in. Excited to continue my skincare journey with her.
