I placed an order on January 25 for a birthday gift to be delivered BEFORE or on February 7th. This has been the worst service I have ever received. Not only was my order processed and “lost” for over a week. I had to reach out on instagram, Facebook, email, and i called their Connecticut number that is conveniently out of order. A week later, February 2 I receive an email from their rep Kacey. Her words exactly were “ I heard back from production and there is a small backorder on the balm due to a delay in one of the ingredients. Being you were hoping to get these for Saturday, I can send out an assortment of lip glosses tomorrow in the meantime, as a substitution, while the items are on backorder.” I responded promptly that I would be okay with that. Wow! I never knew how much I was neglecting my lips. I received a gift pack as a Christmas gift and it was the best thing I've ever done for my lips! LipLuxe is awesome to use before bedtime, and I love the lip balm you can slip into a purse or pocket. Highly recommend either as a gift or simply wonderful self-care!
I am a true believer in all of the products from Mizzi Cosmetics. I had a recent tragic accident in which I lost my leg in. While in the hospital for a couple months, I had continuous issues with cracked lips. The staff was putting everything they could think of on them. Some nurses even bought stuff to try and would bring it in. My daughter uses all of Mizzi products. She brought in the lip scrub and lip balm that she had from the Mizzi line. Seriously, it was the only thing that worked! Everytime I would have another surgery I would use it right after and there was no more splitting of my lips. Thank you Mizzi Cosmetics for such a fantastic product that really does what it should.
