MJ Nail Salon

I am a bridesmaid in a wedding on Saturday and today was my only day when I was able to get my nails and eyebrows done. I had 2 hours to do so which is plenty of time. There is a new girl who stated she was new to the nail industry so I am trying to be understanding of what happened. It took her almost an hour to do a classic shellac pedicure which is usually a 30-40 minute service. She talked the entire time after I showed I wanted a quiet service. I let her know I had 2 hours to do everything and also get lunch and get back to work, which I have done before with plenty of time to spare. After my toes, I had to wait again for nails. I don't get my nails done often. Unless it's for a holiday or special occasion. The last time I came here was last year, and I came back yesterday because I highly recommend Ana! I always ask for almond shape with Shellac and she kills it everytime! She is so sweet, has the best recommendations, knows what's in style/trend and works in a timely manner. She is the best in Kingwood!

Walk ins welcome. Pedicure was the best I've had in months. They really take the time to shape your nails properly instead of rushing through it. They also paint the whole nail; not leaving the edges bare like some salons do. Pedicure includes a little neck rub and hot towel. Really good prices. Nice atmospheric instrumental music. Very clean. Will be going back.

Haven't been to this nail salon in 2 years after a bad experience. Happily I can say today was 1000% better. Looks as if they have different owners. They did a wonderful job, the techs were super friendly. They are very light on color and design options but other than that they are fabulous, will definitely go back!

Just walked out of the most amazing nail salon. Probably the best environment I have ever encountered. Every one was friendly (not in a fake, let me smile and take your money type of way). They were genuine. The salon was clean, neat, and relaxing. They took the time to actually look at my nails while doing them. Attention to detail was outstanding. I will never go to another shop.
