Went in on Thursday 2/27 with my teenage daughter for 2 full sets. I requested a medium length almond with French tips and my daughter just a short square with white powder…my nails were a complete stiletto instead of almond so rather than waiting until she finished I pointed out I did not like the shape and wanted almond not stiletto. The girl tried to fix it but had already made them too skinny to be corrected…. I asked to just top coat them or take them off because I was not happy and would end up having to get them removed. My daughters ended up sloppy and just overall terrible work. I understand she is a teenager however the rate is the same as an adult and should receive the same respect, attention, and quality. After arriving at opening time I was told to have a seat by a nail technician with a terrible attitude and ugly disposition. While I did not catch his name be was partially bald and always on duty. This was my 2nd encounter with his unpleasant demeanor but I believe in 2nd chances. He scolded me for not memorizing my color for a nail repair and then he made it clear he didn't want to do my nail and I should have book with the technician who originally did my nails. He was making comments then began to speak in his native tongue(always be mindful of who understands various languages and who knows who within the city). My pinky sculpted nail popped off right when I arrived for honeymoon and bday events so I had to get this nail fixed. I’m back in the morning to get the other pinky swirl done exactly the same cause it was so excellently done! And super quick ..20min

Don’t go!!! The guy is thin and has tattoos all over his arms. If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter has tiny nail beds and he was using a size 20 brush. You might not know but that is a huge brush that will carry too much product onto your nails. That exactly what caused her nails look like globes, look at the thumbs. The nails weren’t filed correctly look at the middle nail on the right tip, uneven. Nail polish application was terrible look at the nails that are different oranges. The difference in amount of polish also caused difference in texture.

I went in Feb. 29 for an ombre full set and gel pedi. Worst experience ever and Im very disappointed. Used to come here a couple years ago when Emma was around and they used to do great work. The lady who did my nails clearly didnt know what she was doing. While doing my nails i had to tell her she was using too much nude, to which she file the nail down leaving the apex THIINN and all nails uneven. Tried to still have a good experience and went to get my pedi next. Same lady left me in the water soo long the water turned cold after i told her i needed to leave in a bit and she said it wont be long. She left me waiting to wax 2 ladies eyebrows who had just walked in 5 minutes prior. 3 workers were standing around talking, saw that i had taken my feet out the water and was drying myself off
