Came here on a Tuesday for a scheduled appointment @530p arrived a few minutes early and was greeted and told to sit in the first chair. I sat patiently and observed my surroundings while waiting to see the person who greeted me watching something on the iPad while a woman sat in the pedicure chair waiting to pay for her services while another sitting in the waiting area and Im to assume the person who was supposed to be doing my nails was in the back doing a wax maybe. All assumptions because nothing was ever said to me but to sit in the first chair. I waited 15 mins past my appointment time to ask if who was supposed to be doing my nails was busy, running late or something bc if i have an appointment im confused on why I’m just sitting.
