$186 dollars I paid for really painful horrible acrylic nails that broke TWICE on separate hand/nail, and a pedicure that was so rushed and the polish came off the SAME NIGHT! Owner blamed their light not curing the polish, but never fixed my toes! It was known I was going on vacation and not going to be around. Tried to work it out with owner who did my acrylic nails, she refused to fix. Told the other owner NO, so he had to do it himself! The man Lee supposedly fixed every single nail, not just the one broken (why would you fix all if all weren't messed up..hmmm) then less than 48 hours later that another nail broke (middle finger on opposite non dominant hand) after just being completely filled less than 48 hours! I’ve been coming here on and off since 2022. I always say if I go get my nails done there 5 times, 3/5 times are good, and the other two are bad. I call ahead and make a reservation and usually get stuck with a new person who majorly messes them up. My last straw was today when I had a reservation and specifically requested someone who could do nail art. I was assured they would set me up with a nail tech who could do nail art. That couldn’t have been farther from the truth. All of my nails are different length and shape when I asked for almond and to keep them long because she cut them and shaped them so poorly. Just went there and had Mercede, she was absolutely fantastic! My nails look great and I had the best pedicure I have ever had. I would highly recommend her.

Within 2 hours of leaving after my pedicure, both of my pinky nail polishes FELL OFF. My daughter showed me hers and unfortunately after we left that her polish doesn’t even cover all of her toes. I also had to fix my nails bc there was gel polish all over my skin (I was fine fixing this without bringing it to their attention) before having the other issues as well. I called to get a partial refund. I do NOT live in this state and going back for a “fix” wasn’t an option. They absolutely refused to work with me considering I couldn’t come back. Extremely disappointed bc I get things happen but make better what you can and you CAN give me a partial refund. You chose NOT to! UPDATE! In addition one of my daughter’s nails fell off 8 hours after we left!!!! She didn’t even know it happened. I
