Modern Nails

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. If I could give a lower star I would. I paid $165 for my nails and my toes (acrylic) on both. Had my nails for THREE days and my acrylics popped off like dollar store press ons. The lady didn’t listen to me whatsoever on what I wanted and did whatever she pleased. I called to let them know about my nails and if they could be redone for free or a full refund bc no way should $165 nails pop off in three days. Never got a call back or heard anything. Not to mention they didn’t trim my nails or do my cuticles a service I also got.

Mr. Andy is the man! This was my second time there. I specifically asked for him because the first time he made my experience enjoyable and did a great pedicure, he gets my heels baby soft. This time he did my nails too and this is the best I’ve ever had my nails done. The technique he used to do the dip powder was nothing like other places and is so much better! Mr. Andy is professional and knows what he’s doing, just tell him exactly what you want and he will do it. Or depending on what it is, he’ll suggest something better (just trust him).

A lady by the name Anna did my nails today. I was unsatisfied cause she couldn’t listen to me. She did my cuticles, filled my nails and didn’t clean my nails after. I told her that my nails needed to be smoothened and cleaned to remove the whitish stuff on top. She refused to clean and smooth them out. My nails had the whitish stuff (powder looking) on top of nail and she just applied polish with all the white powder stuff on my nails. I had gel manicure done on my natural nails, but you can see the powder or whitish stuff under the polish, so unsatisfied with the service. I gave this place another chance but I am completely done with them Lolu is the worst and very rude and does not do what the customer wants. I have added a photo of today’s receipt to show that I actually gave this place

1st time I got my nails done here I paid 20 is was definitely a 20 dollar job but it worth it for 2 of my daughters who got their nails done as well, (first timers) so I didn't wanna spend much on their nails anyways! Then the 2nd time I go back the lady charged me 45 just for the nails to start poppin off a few days later as if they were press-ons 🥺 I wouldn't recommend them unless you have little girls trying out nails for the first time. I'm actually a little disappointed.
