Modern Nails & Spa

Martin did my nails for the first time & did it identical to the reference photo I showed him. He did it with all smiles no problem. If there was anything I didn’t like he had no problem fixing it he also took his time and my nails came out so cute!!

Been going here for a bit off and on. Went today for a pedicure, and acrylic fill with design. Nail design by Louis was amazing and just like the inspo photo. Pedicurists Tina was great as well and gives the best massages. Photos of inspo and results included. 04-23-25 Another great experience for my last trip before I deliver my son. Andy did amazing on my nails and such a great job with the design. Tina did a very detailed pedicure with an amazing massage (I get the volcano Pedicures). Tina also did my eyebrows and they look amazing. Another 10/10 will definitely be going again. Adding in photos with the white/blue design from today. I had one trip in-between where Louis did another design in purple and I will be adding that as well, but I only got one photo of those.

Update from my previous review two years ago: I went there on Feb 8th, 2026 as a walk in for a fill. The guy that did my nails was extremely rough. My cuticles are tore up… to say the least. I ended up bleeding because he was so rough, and almost every cuticle has been cut. I told him several times that he is being too heavy handed. My fingers are swollen and red. Happy to provide photos but this is ridiculous. I was a pretty consistent customer for a good year… I will not ever be back. Also, I don’t know what acrylic they use but never in my life has it burned during application. I’m guessing they are using MMA products.

Out of all of my 4.5 million reviews that I have done on Google. This is only the third time I have given an establishment a 5 star review. Why? Because I feel that every establishment can benefit from improvement. However, after reviewing my original review, the owner of the modern nail spa. Responded to my Google review Today, 1/11/25 came today to have my services corrected. My nails are absolutely perfect. There is not one flaw that I have found, and I am a licensed cosmetologist as well as a nail technician myself. He took his time, he was polite, and he was caring. I overall am appreciative that they responded to my review and took what I said seriously and wanted to make it right. I will definitely be back to modern nail spa. Before relocating, Modern Nails was my go to. I’m visiting from Texas and had a nail come off, so I went to Modern Nails for a quick fix. Emily was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted, took her time, and did an excellent job. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend her.
