I booked a wash and blow-dry with Erika, and she was wonderful! She was personable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. My hair looked amazing when she was done - smooth, bouncy, and exactly what I requested as a naturally curly haired girl. The prices were affordable, and the entire staff was kind and welcoming. Overall, great service all around. I highly recommend Erika!

Maddy is absolutely amazing! She’s the only person I trust when doing my hair. Every photo I show her she nails it. The salon is very clean and everyone in there is so sweet. I always feel welcomed by everyone in there. Nothing better than girls just uplifting girls. Love the attitude and atmosphere!

I initially called Moss Salon looking for a haircut and root touch-up. The receptionist was very pleasant and set me up for a consultation with Jen. During the consultation, I clearly explained how I wanted my haircut, since she didn’t know me. Unfortunately, she did not offer any guidance, suggestions, or ideas, and seemed disengaged, as if she didn’t have time for the consultation. Despite this, I decided to give her a chance and booked an appointment. However, I could sense she was aggravated, and today I received a text cancelling my appointment, stating our personalities were not a good fit. There was no referral, alternative suggestion, or explanation, just a cancellation. For me, Moss Salon reflects poorly on professionalism when staff interactions are handled this way. While the

I recently had my hair cut and colored by Trinity at MOSS and I am extremely satisfied. Trinity took her time to listen to what I was looking for. At no point did I feel rushed through my appointment. Trinity took her time to color match my dark roots and she did a multi step process on my entire head to color correct brassy blondes. She is genuine and was kind and easy to talk to. She is an artist and amazing at her craft. I will definitely be booking my next appointment with her and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional and qualified hair stylist.

All I wanted was a redo haircut. And I get an attitude. Can I get someone who knows what their doing????? My first time there i told my hair dresser color lifts color. THE DARK AROUND MY FACE Then recently I get my hair done and color isn't around my face. Because I told her how? And she is now showing other stylists how its done! Come onnnnn. Yeah if the owner doesn't call me with a fair price I will dispute what a haircut is worth. Thanks
