MOKO Organic Hair Studio

I was in town for a wedding and was so delighted to find this salon. It is designed so simply yet lovely with tons of beautiful natural lighting beaming through its window storefront. The hair products smell natural and delicious, which is great because I’m allergic to harsh synthetic fragrances. Most importantly Mark did a wonderful job with a wavy blowout which kept its volume throughout the evening; he pinned it up perfectly so I could remove the pins right before the event & preserve the style.

Monique at MOKO gives an AMAZING curly haircut. It's hard to find someone who makes you look just right, and I️ always say I️ look like a rockstar after leaving MOKO. Also, I️ love how quickly they get you in and out so that you can take your new hair out on the town!

I had my first haircut at MOKO on Friday with Monique and it was a wonderful experience. I was donating my long brunette locks to Locks of Love and Monique knew exactly how to measure and tie it up (according to the guidelines) before chopping it all off. Then she did a fabulous job of washing, cutting, styling, and drying my new short hair until I looked and felt like a rockstar. Monique was warm and personable and made me feel completely comfortable and welcome on my first visit to the salon. Definitely not my last visit. Thanks again.

From the minute you step into Moko’s stunning space you feel a warm, welcoming vibe. Owner Monique has created a hip, chic space. Color, highlights, Cut, blowdry, in and out in record time without feeling rushed, i love this salon.

I went to Moko after having intense reactions at another salon from bleaching my hair for years. I knew I needed a change and something organic, also with a stylist who could now fully correct my hair as it was also multiple shades on blonde. The experience was better than I could have imagined and started with a great consult before having an actual appointment. Mark is AMAZING and knew exactly what I was looking for and how to help me achieve it. He really understood how to make my hair look its best and bring life back into it! I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The dye they use is so gentle and the salon is gorgeous. It feels like you’re the only person in the world when you’re in Marks chair and it’s the best. 10/10 every time!
