I came in with my mom and while her nail tech was incredibly friendly and welcoming, mine had a complete different attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. I regret not asking her for her name because her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. Experiences like this are exactly why some nails salon are struggle to keep customers, attitudes like hers will only hurt your business.
