I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. During my recent pedicure, multiple toes were cut to the point that they began bleeding. This happened during the service, and I left feeling uncomfortable and concerned. When I returned to the salon to address the issue, the nail technician refused to acknowledge what happened, did not apologize, and denied causing the cuts — despite the bleeding occurring immediately after the pedicure. Beyond the physical discomfort, what was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and customer care. Accidents can happen, but professionalism is shown in how they’re handled. Unfortunately, there was no effort to resolve the situation or even express concern. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and

Booked a gel manicure online and was seated as soon as I arrived. One of the staff took my coat and offered me something to drink while the manicurist Jamie did a thorough job of prepping my hands and then completing the manicure. I paid in cash. The space is large and well kept. I even thought I forgot my kindle after I left (I found it elsewhere later) and they were very kind to help me look. Highly recommend.

Patricia is such a talented nail tech. The attention to detail and dedication was incredible. I’ve never gotten GelX nails before and she was very patient with me🥺will definitely be booking with her again. Beautiful strong nails. Update: They still haven’t chipped or fallen off it’s been 6 weeks ☺️

Had a really great experience here. The place is brand new, everything was very clean and sanitary. My nail tech was Tati and she did a fantastic job on both my mani and pedi. She was really sweet and I’m really happy with how my nails came out. Prices were reasonable for what I got. Definitely will be coming back.

Worse experience ever. I got my nails done with gel x for my birthday and I entered to the store being completely empty. Which shouldve been a red flag but I was naive and thought I was lucky. Not only did the lady not seem like she liked her job but she doesnt use Apres Gel X nails nor the gel x gel. Listen Im not picky so I didnt think twice nails are nails but then as I was running my fingers through my hair I notice my nail come off. Im like okay whatever I call I say can I get my nails redone they say ok. I the next day planned to go get them redone until 5 other of my nails came clean come off mind you i paid 110 DOLLARS!!!! THIS IS EXPENSIVE FOR GEL X NAILS. THIS IS ONLY 4 DAYS AFTER GETTING MY NAILS DONE BY THE WAY AND I LOST MORE THAN A HANDS WORTH OF NAILS. I call asking for a re
