Moon Nails

Went here on the day before Christmas Eve and got the worst service ever. I took me and my grandma to get out nails done for her Christmas present. The lady that did my grandmas nails did a fantastic job, but the lady that did mine did such a rushed horrible job. My nails were suppose to be a plumish cat eye purple but she applied the polish and they were bright pink/bright magenta. My nails aren't even painted all the way and its literally just the top of them that are painted. The gel doesnt even go all the way to the base of my nail wich is insane. I genuinely do not recommend coming here if you want good service. Or atleast dont see the lady i went to. If the service was 15$ i would understand but unfortunately i wasted 55$ on my nails alone. My grandmas nails were 45$ atleast hers act

This is my second time going to the salon and I have loved it both times! A friend and I came here after having a bad experience at a different salon nearby & they really made us feel seen and heard! They are very patient and are willing to work with you to make sure you get exactly the look that you are hoping for. Both of the lovely ladies who have done my nails were incredibly kind and I left feeling like my nails looked very beautiful!! They were even so kind to let me bring in my own personal rhinestones (so they would match a dress that I will be wearing) and use those in my nail art! I will definitely be coming back!!

I was visiting the area. So I looked at reviews and chose here (was close to hotel and had great reviews). It was very clean and staff was nice I was very pleased this was honestly the best pedicure I have ever had. Has a wonderful older lady (didn't catch her name) then had Joanna do my nails. Also best actual manicure in a long time (most places seem to just want to paint nails and not actually do the manicure part) It was a bit more expensive than I pay in my area (like $25 more) but honestly it was worth it. If they were in my area it would be my new go to place

I LOVE this place. The people, the experience, the vibe. Everything is so nice and lux. I will be back for sure. Ellis was GREAT! She was very kind, professional, and took her time ensuring perfection. Thank you so much Ellis for making sure my birthday nails were AMAZING. The picture doesn’t do it justice. She added chrome and it looks even better in the light.

I had an amazing experience at Moon Nails in Concord! I went in for a full set using BuilderGel and Ellis was my nail tech — she was fantastic. Super personable, detail-oriented, and made the whole appointment comfortable and enjoyable. My nails look great, the vibe was welcoming, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
