Moon Nails & Spa

Had to go back and have the nail tech that did my nails redo them. No cuticle work was done, there was acrylic on the sides of my nails that were sticking out, and when I went back she was sort of rude about it. Had ME the customer make sure there wasn't any acrylic sticking out. As the nail tech that is your job. I left with my French tips not looking how I wanted, though I showed her a picture like 3 times of what I was wanting. She said she painted the French on in a way that would look "better" I left again after not having them the way I wanted them still because I just felt uncomfortable. 1st picture is what I wanted, #2 is how they looked the first time, #3 is what I left with yesterday. Will not be going back.

Probably one of the worst experiences for the price they charged me. Almost all my nails was different shaped and not file down properly, some shorter and longer than the rest of the nails just overall I probably could have done a better job. I also asked for almond and got half round half almond. Just horrible work tbh.

I have been getting my nails done at Moon Nail Spa for approximately one year regularly. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so sweet and I always leave with my nails looking the cutest. They always do a great job at balancing appointments and walk ins. Everything is so clean and organized. I have never had a bad experience at Moon Nail.

My friend an I went together and we both hate them so much. The “French tip” is WAY too small, The color barely shows up, my cuticles were burning/bleeding,I also asked for square and got coffin. I almost started crying in the store. We will NOT be returning!! I want my $60 BACK!!!!!!!! (First pic was my friend an I. Second was what I asked for.)

My absolute favorite nail salon in Knoxville! I love all the nail techs. You’re not treated as a customer, they act like they’ve known you for years and years. The environment is great and the services are always 10/10⭐️ I’ve never been disappointed in any set of nails I’ve had done, they’ve always went above and beyond on my nails.
