I had a massage here Monday morning, when inquiring about a one-hour appointment, I was told that this was a good time because they were not busy. They were very welcoming and I had a masseuse that gave a good (not great) massage. But in the middle of the massage another woman walked in and had the masseuse go to serve another costumer. The other woman awkwardly took over my massage, not really knowing what care I had been given. After ten minutes she stopped and I had to tell her that I had 20 mor minutes left. She continued the massage to complete my hour and was capable, but the service was disjointed.

This is a wonderful place. I have been dealing with a lot of pain from shoulders, neck, arms, back and hamstrings. Missing time away from work because I can’t get out of bed. I booked an appointment with the shop. As soon as I opened the door I felt like I was in heaven. The fragrance was inviting, the place was clean and beautiful floors, private rooms too. My therapist performed deep tissue like I’ve never had before. Strong hands and very skilled. This was a one hour massage and two days later I am pain free. I will definitely be back for another visit as I am in the construction industry so aches and pains go hand in hand

Moon Spa is a hidden gem! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a serene atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The treatments are top-notch, and I especially loved the aromatherapy massage. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a little pampering!

Extremely disappointed with the staff onsite. To be fair I did not get the service so this is not regarding the quality of the massage. What I was astonished is how horrible they are with appointment and the attitude of the staff. I booked a 90-min massage and arrived on time. The staff onsite said she cannot do 90 because of schedule change with the owner which was understandable that something could be mixed up. However she also demanded me to pay cash upfront with a really rude attitude. I was not happy that I had to do that because I was not informed that this is a cash only place. Then she said “did you ask?” How should I even know I have to ask prior to the appointment about what payment form they use? Even like that I was like ok I can accommodate then she said I had to tip her $20
