I’ve been here twice now, one for a trim and today for hair highlights. I have been looking for someone who can provide recommendations and suggestions for what I should do based on what Im feeling or not liking currently. When I went in for a trim a few weeks ago, I loved her suggestion for specific layers to help my hair look fuller and how she fixed an uneven spot. Today, I went back for highlights. She asked what color I wanted and I was sort of undecided between a few and she gave her thoughts and I went with it and love how it turned out. I brought my toddler here last week to get her har fixed (bangs) and to fix the back of her hair by evening it out. My daughter loved it so much! I will definitely be going back for my next toner. Also, I asked when I should come back and asked

There is some language barrier but no problem! She was able to get me in an appointment on the same day. I recently got a bad haircut from looking for a hair stylist as I had recently moved to Prosper. Showed a reference picture and she was able to fix my hair, will be back! Update: Came back for a first time perm and love it!

Ella did an incredible job on my haircut! She was attentive, professional, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The result was even better than I expected❤️

Ella was amazing from the moment I walked in—so kind and really listened to what I wanted. My hair was pretty damaged and getting too long. I asked her for something light and easy to take care of. She totally got what I had in mind and did such a great job. I usually struggle to find someone who can really shape a haircut that I feel well into and that fits my face, but Ella completely nailed it. I’m so happy with how my hair looks and feels now, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

She is a very sweet and very talented hair dresser. I'm so happy how my hair turned out !! I highly recommend her !!
