Morrissey Nails and Spa

I had good pedicure experience the past few times I went there. Never had a full set done there before or a refill. So I thought to dry it out. So I walk in to try to get a re-fill. When I tell you the lady did not know what the hell she was doing! I told them I wanted to refill on my acrylic nails and that I wanted to keep my current shape, and gel polish. The lady literally drilled my acrylic down to the point I didn’t have no acrylic on my nails at all. Like seriously what are you doing? When I question and complain about it. The guy who’s at the front said I should just go back to who ever did my nails. Like yess I sure will because clearly they don’t know what they’re doing what’s so ever! I’ve been a loyal client of Brian & Andy’s & many other talented nail techs he employs for over 10 years. They do an unbelievable job every single time, have the newest / highest quality products, & are just lovely people to know & do repeat business with. 10/10!

I have always come to this place but today was horrible. Poor polish, poor technique and poor customer service. I paid full price even though I stopped her mid way and express that I did not like my nails. I asked them to remove it and they all turned their backs to me. Never again I will attached what they look like and how it was fixed by another salon with much more skills than this place.

Been coming to Morrissey nails for over 3 years now. Brain and Andy are the best. Once I started coming here I won’t go else where. I tell everyone in the area! First salon I’ve been to where my nails don’t break!

I have been coming here for years, someone is always available to do nails without appointment, they are fast, good prices & if anything is wrong with my nails or it breaks it’s always complimentary! Thanks for the great service !
