I went for a gel manicure. The lady’s were sweet and took me right away. But the lady was taking an excruciatingly long time and the nails were looking horrible!! All sheer and patchy. I showed them and they agreed it was horrible so finally they got someone decent to do my nails and after a hour and a half in the store I left with ok nails. If you’re in a rush or want a professional job this is not the right place. A store that values its customers does not charge this much for bad service.

I got tips which are acrliyic nails and u can clearly see the tips threw my nails. On the reference color it showed to be darker I payed a lot of money and very unsatisfied when I asked to come back to fix it they said they couldn’t help me and they’re sorry but I’m embarrassed to walk out with these nails and have to pay a lot of money to get it redone for my brothers wedding. I wanted them special for it and now I’m hoping another salon can take me in I am very displeased with this experience. Attached is the color I wanted (#3) and then what it came out to.

I don’t understand how this pace is even open …the girls are RUDE and the service is extremely slow!! They need a whole staff.the gel nail polishes chip in 2 days …it happened to me over 3 times …im done with this place.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but after a day of getting a gel mani, my cuticles burn from the unprofessional and amateur job that was done. As you can see in my photos, the nails are not the same length, but more importantly, while she was taking the gel polish off, she scraped my skin. Moreover, the cuticles were cut so harshly that it jabbed into my skin and left a mark. I can't wash anything nor can I use any soap as the wounds burn if I do so. The service was rushed and I don't think the person who did my nails was licensed or experienced. As much as this is a clean place, and other techs may be excellent, I'm never coming back here for services. I paid $63 for my cuticles to burn. Never again

I do NOT recommend this place, first of all the woman showed up like 10 minutes late, second of all I showed a picture of the nails that I wanted and she made them completely different from what I asked, they weren't pretty at all, the color was wrong, the glitter was wrong, the nail shape was wrong!
