I was very nervous initially because I'm new to Brooklyn and isn't familiar with that area. I've been going to a place near me which is very expensive. I received the service at this establishment for $100 cheaper and they're much better than the place I used to patronize. Xio did my pedicure and brows. Words can't describe how wonderful of a job she did. She's very thorough and meticulous. I LOVE my pedicure. Tina did my gel X with a design and it was $20 cheaper than the other place without a design. She's just as phenomenal. I've found my new nail shop. I love their work and warm and friendly customer service. My entire service was less than $200. At the other place I would easily spend $350 for the same service and the work isn't as good.

This place is truly the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. They do not know how to apply acrylic nails, and use very cheap flaky gel polish. Just a day after getting my acrylic nails done with a simple French tip design, my nails began to chip. I had to make time out of my schedule to go back and have them paint over the chip and then just two days later it chipped again and I had to make do with my own gel polish whilst having a flight to catch the next day and a big event to attend. This is very unacceptable for the prices that they are charging. I go to get my nails done as a treat to myself with my hard earned money. I shouldn’t have to go through the additional burden of looking like a mess with chipped nails when I’m paying to get my nails done and have to be running around trying t

This place is about money and not customer service. I went to Grace Nails on Wednesday and Maggie the nail tech did my nails. On Thursday the nail broke and hadn’t even hit it or anything. I returned to the salon immediately and was told I would have to pay to have it fixed which I thought was unbelievably especially with it being less than 48-hours. For $50, a nail shouldn’t seamlessly break the next day. Maggie’s attitude was as if she didn’t care and Grace walked away from me, when I asked for a resolution. I will NEVER spend my money here again. I believe that our dollar is our vote and they lost me by how they responded to this situation. I value service, and this place lacks it.

DO NOT COME HERE! I came in yesterday to simply get a small layer of acrylic soaked off, the price on the sign says $7 for a soak off/one nail fix. I told the nail tech that I just wanted a soak off, nothing else. She then pulls out a metro card and starts trying to take them off with the card?? It was visibly hurting me and I could see a layer of my nail being peeled off. I told her to stop and she kept trying to use the card! When I finally pulled my hand away and said they needed to be soaked off she brought me to the back. The back area was filthy, the walls and bowls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned it quite a while. She brings back the bowl with hot water and acetone(the acetone was in a metal bowl) and the water was so hot I could barely keep my fingers in the bowl. It was like

Ask prices in advance I paid $77 for something should have been $50 it wasn’t even worth it Grace money hungry for a dollar & they are very sneaky they don’t put acrylic at the beginning of the nail bed so a few days not weeks later looks like you need a fill in lost a customer forever. Mia was the best I refuse to settle for anything Byeeeee Grace
