My husband & I both visited today for first time. We've tried several places the last few years & never really liked what we got. Jennie did a great job on both of us & she's very nice too. I asked for lot's of layers due to hair thinning. My hair looked dead when I walked in & very bouncy & alive when we left.

I called this salon to inquire about services for my grandmother, who has matted hair. While I was in the middle of explaining, I was rudely cut off with, ‘Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait—who is this?’ in a degrading, unprofessional tone. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for a business that’s supposed to provide customer service. If this is how you treat potential customers—cutting them off mid-sentence and speaking in such a disrespectful manner—I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. A salon should prioritize professionalism, kindness, and respect, none of which were displayed during this interaction.

Such a cute family owned salon. The ladies there really know what they’re doing. Mindy did a great job with my hair! Absolutely loved it. Will definitely be a returning client
