As a massage therapist myself I can say Theresa and Aubrey are both amazing massage therapists. I highly recommend motion massage.
After sitting at my computer all day for two weeka, like from when I woke up until I went to bed, my upper back was angry! Theresa was absolute magic! All the pain was gone, and only a couple small twinges remained that were gone by the next day.
Theresa is a phenomenal massage therapist. I have high standards because I require intense bodywork and she blew me away. She didn't talk my ear off and she found all the areas that needed attention without me telling her. Shoulders/upper back and hips were clearly areas she is very talented at and I feel so much better! Thank you, Theresa.
Theresa, is a professional Massuse. The typical massage with stretching and strategic placed cbd oil is the ticket. Highly recommend.
