Moya African Hair Braiding and weaving

So ima tell the truth on dis one cuz im not one to lie. they Do hair good but a lot of the time the parting be off (what for that when getting ur hair done) ,they heavy handed,musty,they loud and talk all the time in French (when I tell u they never shut up literally NEVER and it’s always in French) lastly they often tell u one price then say another when it’s time to pay which I find quite off cus that’s bad for business but whatever overall 2 stars they got a lot of room to improve

I love the work this shop has offered myself and my two daughters. I'll always support. All of the ladies who did our hair was very professional and kind thank you ladies forever a happy customer!

I have gotten a sew in I had to take it out because it was very tight and left me with bald spots! I have gotten twist and braids and found that my real hair was cut and burned I will not be back ever again !!!

I called Moya on July 1st and asked if I could get an appointment for Friday July 3 between 12:30-1. I explained I was coming from out of town 12 hours away. I wanted micro braids or either box braids. She said yes,I asked how long would it take she said 5 hours. I told her I would see her Friday. I got into town Friday the 3rd and gave Moya a call and asked did she take credit cards or did I need cash. She said cash. I told her I was on my way & she stated she was busy. I said this is why I called you two days ago for an appointment & you said that was fine. She said well I’m busy I will call you and let you know if I can get to you. If not come at 9 in the morning. I was upset because what are appointments for. She called me later and told me to come at 9 the next day. Okay fine. I get

Horrible mean and over charged me. I ask for medium knotless to my butt they made them wayyy past my butt. Charged me an extra $120. Rough with my hair hurt me multiple time I was surprised she quietly apologized the 8 times she was too rough. The owner loudly asked if anyone had food stamps for sale. Unprofessional at its all time high. I’ll never go there again.
