Didn't get my hair done, because the lady needs her brother to be at the shop. It's not 24hrs, it's not walk-in friendly and the customer service is terrible. She doesn't even want to talk on the phone she prefers texting which would be okay if she actually responded. I went by the shop it was closed no one was there and when I called her she sent me to voicemail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. NOTHING THAT IS ADVERTISED ABOUT THIS SALON IS TRUE🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣 Tbh someone needs to check in on that lady if they know her because she sounds like she's being held captive.

Very very very poor communication. And they are not open 24 hours. Owner requires brother to be there to do the hair which is fine but doesn’t tell you. So if you want to go, call and make sure they can do it. Then she doesn’t like to speak on the phone and says to text which is also fine but DOES NOT RESPOND TO TEXTS. Very unprofessional. Don’t bother going here unless you think you’ll get lucky during business hours and can just wait.

Small knotless braids came out nice.. my issue is that they need to sanitize combs in between customers. They want to use the same hair utensils on different people without sanitizing them

I am new to Connecticut so I've been in search for a braiding salon. I wanted micro braids using wet n wavy human hair but this particular salon uses synthetic hair and dips it in water to get the curls. I was disappointed because my micros were not as small as I wanted them and as close together as I usually get them. Also, the salon is not clean and one of the braiders had their baby sitting in a car seat on the floor which I believe is unsanitary being that hair is all over the floor and whatever else is on the floor. I was also very livid when the lady braiding my hair threw up on me then had the nerve to give me the excuse "i'm pregnant"...umm get up and go the bathroom then. I ended up paying $160.00 for these "micros" and they weren't "cleaned up/clipped" to my expectations.. this w

My hair came out crooked because she parted it wrong. After doing a few praise dances in the back the owner came and rushed the front of my hair, parting it wrong -I wanted Fulani braids- then using spare hair to make my style even more crooked. She complained about my hair and the hair I brought. I had to leave for an appointment so I came back and told her that my hair was crooked, and she had the nerve to allege that I didn’t have enough hair. She sowed down the already crooked braid. But at that point I had to leave for my trip. So I went on vacation with crooked hair while texting her that she messed up she said that she would charge me again to fix it. All the gospel music she had playing didn’t help her be accountable for her actions. Not so Christian of her either. Would never go
