M&R Nails & Hair Salon

This is a horrible place, don’t take any service from Isabel, I did my nails here, she ruined it completely, so rough in her services, most of my nails started bleeding and hurt so much ! If you want a painful experience then yes this is the place, else save the trouble and go to a good one. She doesn’t care about your skin, she was filing my skin and not the nails ! Horrible experience, tried it once but never will again !

The reviews are correct, this salon and their work is Mediocre AT BEST! Went in just for a repair on two nails and quick fill. Three days later the nail is gone and worse than before. The tip broke off completely and took my nail as well! Ouch!! (Won’t even post what the other finger looks like.) It was Sooo Thin, she barely built up the acrylic so of course it snapped off. Big mistake going in for something I thought was simple. Let’s also mention how ridiculous the COVID-19 precautions are. Don’t check anyone walking in, no hand sanitizer, no proper distancing, didn’t even try to hide the fact they repeat tools way too much. Save your expectations.

Came here got my toes done went to do my nails the lady was not shaping the nails like the picture I provided and she seem bothered when I told her they were much longer than the picture and not the same shape so after she kept getting it wrong I told her take my nails off and she had an attitude so she charged me 7$ because I didn’t want to do my nails and I “wasted her time” I asked how did I waste her time when she’s not doing what I’m asking why do I have to pay they are just unprofessional I paid and left will never return.

I was so hopeful walking in here but I was truly disappointed. The nail tech was so very sweet but... she went crazy on my cuticles, so bad that I was cringing the entire time. After my nail bed bled the “technician” dabbed the tip of the antiseptic bottle directly into my bloody nail bed. Pretty sure that same bottle will be used on other customers. Then she kept forgetting how long to cure each coat under the lamp. At the end there was no hot towel or hand cream applied. What I left with were messy and painful nails. I won’t be going back unless they send the employees through better training.
