Mr Rick's Del City Barber Shop

I took my 7 year old to Mr. Rick for his first visit to a barber shop. The shop has a great vintage feel to it (look at that amazing classic barber chair!) and was very clean. It's obvious that Mr. Rick is taking the appropriate precautions to protect his clientele by offering private appointments for extremely reasonable prices. He was kind and patient with my son and gave him a gorgeous haircut. My son, who has fought every haircut of his life, said he couldn't wait to come back. That's the highest praise of all. Thank you so much for giving us a great experience, Mr. Rick!

Love going to Rick's. I've been going to great clips for a long time. Searched else where and I can say, without a doubt in my mind that this is the best barbershop in midwestcity / del city area. Veteran discount. Great beard trim pricing. Wonderful place and the barber is awesome. He takes his time to ensure the hair cut is correct and done exquisitely. If you haven't experienced a hair cut from Rick. Then go grab $20 out of the atm. Get you a hair cut and beard trim and give the man a tip and go enjoy your fresh new hair cut. I've lived here in the OKC area for 37 years and I've tried numerous hair salons and Barbershops and none can compare to Rick's. Rick is a very personable and great Barber you can get a straight razor trim and haircut for a great price, it doesn't matter how long you go between cuts he always remembers what kind of cut you want. I travel from the Yukon area for a haircut at Rick's and many of his customers travel long distances for a cut from Rick. 5 stars are not enough for this BARBER!

Every place that cuts kids hair has kids screaming running around your in and out done quickly and expensive. I have 3 sons I want them to be around older men and know how to sit there and behave them selves without the here play with this while you wait... I feel like children should be able to sit down not say a word and wait their turn patiently. It feels like when you walk through the door your not in 2020 where everyone thinks they are entitled and bratty but its a step into the past with good conversation with an old timey experience. I will definitely bring my son's here from now on to get hair cuts.

Rick is really nice fellow. Very good barber and reasonable prices. I have visited here twice now and he cut a military flat top for me. Fine job.
