I would get my hair colored and it faded out. I would assume they aren't using "permanent" hair color. I stopped going to this salon after I left and looked in the mirror and my face was covered in hair color. I had so much trouble removing it!! I did drive back to salon and I felt like I was bothering them!!

You can make up your own mind with photos of these highlights done today. The scalp is red people & it feels like it was burnt. $85.00 for highlights to be touched up.....the original highlights they charged $65. (The original highlights done by someone else & they can out ok)

I never have a problem with this place. They are usually super friendly. Unfortunately I don’t remember the lady’s name who greeted me but she was super friendly the lady who came to the desk (arlene) I believe. Took my name and took me over for an eyebrow wax. I have very thick brows and they are very noticeable and what I think would be easy to wax bc they are already naturally shaped. I am not one to judge since mistakes do happen but I was unsatisfied walking out of here. There was wax in my hair, there was wax still on my face my brows did not look cleaned up what so ever. She even attempted to clean the wax off and there was still some left on my face. When she was waxing she did not hold my skin down before removing the strips.

I had brought my daughters in for us all to get haircuts. There was no wait. Everything was ok during the visit. When I got home, after my daughters hair air dried (I guess they don’t wash or dry kids hair? News to me), I noticed she had a ton of long pieces of hair left. She has very straight hair. I was kind of shocked. I ended up having to give her a trim after she took a shower. The way the hair was cut was new to me. The hair wasn’t sectioned properly or at least how I was taught how to cut hair. I’ve gone before with no complaint. This time, I think it will deter me from going back. I also didn’t get a blow dry or style but was charged for one. I realized after we left and I did the math. It is what it is. I have bigger fish to fry.

One of my girlfriends had been raving about how amazing their blowouts are here, so I finally gave it a try! I came in for a shampoo, cut, and blowout and I was in and out of there so fast, with one of the best blowouts I've ever had! I have crazy kinky frizzy hair oh, but it was so smooth and full of body. I will definitely be back!
