Ms. Lisa's Cuts For Kids

Didn't have an appointment but Ms. Lisa herself came out and cut my Son's hair! She was super gentle and nurturing! I've rarely seen him so calm getting a haircut since he is only 3years old. Definitely recommended and I will continue going when we are in town and in need of a cut!!

My son has long hair and little curls that I have been so afraid to cut because every other salon has absolutely butchered his hair. Ms. K worked quickly but comforted him throughout the haircut. She matched his style exactly to a picture I brought in at a record pace. I am so impressed with the quality of haircut we got at the price point and timeframe. Truly incredible. This is a dream salon for toddlers.

The owner Miss Lisa has a profound sense of self importance and no skills in customer service. I drove an hour to get a first haircut for my baby and encountered a closed salon with an Out to Lunch sign. Since the pre-appointment communication showed that they are pretty aggressive in enacting late fees, I did my best to get there 10 minutes early and waited outside with my daughter. I called asking to reschedule or receive a refund, then when I received a text back said I would wait until 5 minutes after my appointment time. When Miss Lisa finally arrived, she made no attempt to greet me or apologize for the wait. She immediately had a defensive attitude and asked me if I could read her sign. Her attitude and the insult questioning my literacy only escalated the situation. It was already

I've taken both my kids here and love it. Out of nowhere, my 3yo decided he didn't like haircuts and screams/pouts when walking in and sitting down. Ms. Lisa handles it like a champ and does everything she can to calm him down, while also still cutting his hair within his appointment time. It's amazing. Highly recommend Ms. Lisa, especially with toddlers!

I’ve brought my son here a couple of times, and while the experience was always okay (nothing extraordinary, but decent), our last visit was disappointing. We specifically asked the hairstylist to trim only a little, as we had been growing his hair for a long time. Unfortunately, she cut much more than we requested. To make matters worse, she attempted to use clippers on him, despite me clearly saying no beforehand. I had to repeat myself two more times before she finally stopped. On top of that, she was late for the appointment. While the overall experience wasn’t traumatic, I’m not willing to return to a place that doesn’t listen to their clients’ requests.
