I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Something I do regularly for the last 20 years. The technician was new and filed the gel off and was going to put new gel over the remaining old gel. I shaped my own nails, she asked for help and was ignored. This long, agonizing process took almost four hours. The manicure was thick and bumpy and she kept dragging her long hair through it. My pedicure she barely cut my nails and you could see through the nail polish on my toes. I left a review that reflected my experience. I was contacted by the owner and asked to remove it if he refunded my money and I could get a free malice/pedicure at a future date. Called ahead for pricing and no one answered the phone. Walked in since they say they accept walk-ins, and they looked shocked that I came in. First thing they asked was if I had an appointment and seemed irritated, like they didn’t want to do my nails at all. I just wanted to confirm pricing for a Gel-X manicure and gel pedicure with a very simple short French tip. They quoted $140 and wouldn’t budge. I called another salon less than 10 minutes away and they answered on the first call, happily squeezed me in, and charged $100 for the exact same services. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve been going to sherry for my pedicures and she never disappoints. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she really takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect .10/10 every time!
