Muse Nail

I’ve been coming to Muse since they opened. Wendy is one of the best nail tech’s I’ve ever had and I always book with her. I often ask for very intricate designs and chrome effects. No matter how long or complicated, Wendy always exceeds my expectations. Love her!

I always have a great experience at Muse Nails. All the techs pay a great attention to detail and I love the amount of color options they have. I’ve been seeing Chloe for my manicures for my last three visits and she never disappoints! One thing to note for new clients — the pricing can be a little bit confusing at first if you’re getting hard gel nails — you pay a base price for the hard gel, and then it’s additional $35-$60 for the color (depending on the color). They explained this to me during my first visit and it was very helpful, so something to be mindful of when looking at the pricing menu. The pedicure pricing was a little confusing too and a bit overpriced for what’s given in my opinion— it was $55 for a very basic service + gel (essentially $25 for pedicure + $30 for gel), but

They do a wonderful job, very clean shop, and very nice people!!! However, please be weary of prices. I don’t mind paying fair for any service, but the pricing is deceptive. The first time I went for a hard gel refill with dots, I was charged $65 ($45 for refill and $20 for dot design). The next time I got a more intricate dot design and was charged $120 (yellow base picture with pink dots). The last 2 times, I was charged $80 for regular polish. Hard gel refill is priced at $45 on the price board, but apparently $35 is just for polish (not shown on board). I would rather the refill with polish be advertised as $80 upfront.

The worst!!!! My pointer finger broke the next day. The middle make off the following day. I drove by 5 days straight and they were CLOSED. I was so annoyed I gave up a WASTE!!!!!! OF $80. First time, never going back.

Very clean facility & the woman who did my pedicure was phenomenal. However, a woman who seems like the manager was very condescending and passive aggressive towards me while simultaneously kissing the behind of the white customers that’s she wasn’t even servicing. It’s exhausting how Asian businesses move into black communities, feed their families with the money we give them and the whole time they’re racially prejudice. Not to mention she was super lazy when it came to filing my nails. (see attached photo of slanted nail) I got square SNS which is super easy. I may be back but will only see the woman with auburn hair who did my pedicure. Her energy was very beautiful.
