The owners are the best and they do a fantastic job. I’ve been going to this nail salon from the previous owners now to the new owners for over 10 years. Frances is the most caring business owner I ever met. I was also there when Chris WALKED (8/20/25) out on his job not fired. Pure lies get your facts straight. Best salon in Long Island and Simon is the best.

I’m not here to speak on the salon itself or the owners, but my tech Shirley just recently moved over to this salon from a different spot and she is the best there is. I’ll follow her anywhere! I’ve been getting powder from her for years. I'm in and out in an hour and it's the best powder manicure I've ever had. She is wonderful!

I’ve never left a review before, but my experience here was so awful I feel like people should know. The owners, Francis and Simon, are unbelievably rude to customers. When I first started going, I was seeing a tech I really liked — they fired her, and then flat out refused to take me as a client. Later, I gave another nail tech a chance and went to him for a year. He had been there even before the current owners, and they ended up firing him too. At this point, they’ve let go of all their staff and it’s just the two of them running a huge salon. The way they treat customers is nasty and unprofessional — I even got BLOCKED on Instagram just for asking why they wouldn’t book me anymore. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Cannot say enough good things about this nail salon! Super clean, calming and fairly priced. They accomplished exactly the nails I wanted. I got pink powder gel and they came out great! I used to go to the Muses Nails in St. James, and when they suggested Muse Nails in Mineola (since I have moved) I needed to give them a try! Already booked my next appointment!
