Horrible Experience. Miquela is the worst hair dresser I've ever encountered. She slopped on bleach to my hair, falling out of the foils, burning as she did it. I told her to stop and she kept walking away. Turned 3 different colors! AZ it's

I had a natural hair and I requests wash n blow out. My hair is a type 4c and it short and for some reason I started to feel some burning . when she put in the conditioner I asked her what is this that burning me said conditioner. I kno conditioner don’t burning .My scalp is on fire I noticed this store don't like to see black ppl have good healthy hair .on top of that she said 50 to do this and I know ppl who have longer hair then mines Don't pay 50. She Will never see me back at her store. And this happen last night 9/18/24 .

Amazing service, very fast, hair is nice long and healthy thanks to Miguelina. She takes times to treat you like family. She takes time to learn and analyze your hair
