My brows threading / waxing/facial salon

I have been going to this salon for 5 years now. Usha the owner is so warm and amazing at her job. I have tried multiple salons in the city but each time I have landed up going to this salon for waxing and threading. Highly recommend!

Energy is everything; the two beautiful woman working there around may 2025; in my opinion showed the top notch customer service of the year . On one occasion I just got my eye brows threaded; in which I didn’t really like the arch she made but I also haven’t threaded my eyebrows in over 2 years so it was painful ; the second occasion which in both days ;customer services was Stella I had got the micro facial . Now she explained everything before doing anything . Nothing was rushed . The lady working on my face was gentle and soft spoken . My face felt like a baby after . It was red for a day and bothered me in the sun but the next day it felt even better . Would recommend a facial , will be going back for that and other services . It was clean and professional and affordable. So happy I

Threading is an art and Usha is an artist. Best kept secret in nyc that wouldn’t be fair if I gate kept. Was able to fix my brows and give life to my face again. Highly highly recommend!!

I went in for eyebrow threading and she charged me a full service for only taking 3 hairs off. Wasted my time having me explain how to do her job and still did not completed it. I had to go to a different place to get it done. She left all hairs in my unibrow, literally took 3 hairs off. Do not go. Horrible service and not professional. She also cut me.

I cannot say enough good things about My Brows! I have a threading studio right next door to me but I walk 20 blocks just to go here. The staff is so incredibly kind and my eyebrows look perfect every single time. They’ve taken on every single precaution possible during Covid. Every surface is covered in plastic, every piece of equipment is sterilized, everyone inside is wearing masks, and there is hand sanitizer for every customer. I would recommend this studio over and over again
