Customer Reviews
The ladies are kind, but with stronger professional training and stricter cleanliness protocols, you could charge more. It feels cheap for a reason. Henna towels on facial tables looked unsanitary, soap dispensers were empty, and facials should use distilled water not sink water. Smelling onions during a facial was horrific and unacceptable. I ended my facial less than 3 minutes in because it felt deeply unhygienic and extremely uncomfortable. They may be specialist in brows and wax but facials they should remove as a service
Got a full face threading and the lady was really nice but I have a total of 6 cuts around my mouth, eyes and jawline. She did a decent job but I won’t be back bc of the cuts
I came here 2 or 3 times. Once I was crying and rolling in pain from the bottom half leg waxing, done behind a curtain from the rest of the salon. The second time I left with BLUE dye on my eyebrows. I would rub the cotton pad to remove a bit of the color eccess, which was supposed to match my light brown hair, and the pad was also blue. I even had a groupon for the waxing but I'd rather it go to waste. I'm ok, not coming back, thanks!
ridiculously bad experience here, got a threading here (even though I actually asked for a wax) and they actually broke my skin doing it and I have a scar now, which I didn’t even realize was possible. and then after they actually yelled at me for not tipping even though they both the wrong treatment and messed it up
I booked a body waxing service here and left with serious concerns about hygiene and safety. The technician used a roll-on wax applicator on my legs that did not appear to be replaced or sanitized between clients. Wax was applied in multiple directions and removed in large sections without holding the skin taut, which caused significant pain. By the next morning, I had bruising and irritation everywhere. Large areas, including my knees, were missed, and I left with wax residue still on my skin. There was also an unexpected $5 charge added to the Groupon price. Based on my experience, I believe these practices pose a potential health risk, and I would strongly caution others before booking here.
