Love this place! It's always very clean, nice environment, they offer appointments via text, and are competitively priced. Brian's been doing my nails for a few months now, and I highly recommend him - for me he does soft builder gel manis w/ fills, which is sort of a hard to find service - he's SO thorough and detailed, and really takes the time to do a 5* job.

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but my recent experience was far from pleasant. Working in the beauty industry, I found the service unacceptable. My manicure felt rushed, prompting me to ask the nail tech to fix some nails she had already worked on. Observing neighboring customers receiving meticulous care and hand massages added to my disappointment. When I pointed out the incorrectly painted nails, the nail tech abruptly walked away mid-conversation and hastily painted over the errors. The aftermath revealed the extent of the botched job on my fingernails. This subpar service left me greatly disheartened, especially given my professional background in the industry.

mai did a fantastic acrylic overlay on my hands with such a beautiful design. i also had one of the best pedicures in my life ever with connor! thank you both for doing such a great job, truly in love with my hands and cannot stop looking at them
