Fatima was excellent! I only write reviews when the service is above par, and it was. She was ready for my appointment and we started on time. The spa was organized and clean and it was very welcoming. Fatima’ was very professional and did a great job in kneading out the knots I had especially on my shoulders. I felt relaxed and renewed after my massage. I will definitely return for another session with Fatima. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

My Massage Haven provided easy booking. Belkys provided the BEST full body massage I’ve had in a long while. I didn’t think 60 minutes would be enough, but it did the trick to recover from a sports filled weekend. Thank you!

Good morning, I was going to let it go, but this was a very weird experience. I went there for a foot reflexology massage and I felt like Fatima treated me like a germ. I have never had a massage by someone with gloves on which kept drying quickly as she massaged my legs not feet. I really didn’t enjoy the massage with gloves and the door slightly open to hear other customers walking by and the front door was locked which made me feel sketchy about the area in Kendall near Dadeland. I don’t know if this was because of the color of my skin but I didn’t really get what I asked for and the gloves made the massage less enjoyable.

I’ve been coming here for several years and it started off great. I’ve even recommended several people. But unfortunately I will not be returning. Not happy with my experience. Massage felt rushed, therapist seemed agitated and as if she did not want to be there, it was not a relaxing massage. She usually starts off by asking if anything hurts or if I have a specific area that’s more affected as I got a deep tissue but she didn’t address anything. She left in such a rush out of the room when the massage was done that she left the door a bit opened. I had to get up with the sheet wrapped around me to shut the door closed. I always tip and will always tip and the prices have increased which I understand because of the economy, but for what I received, I cannot say it was worth it. Could have

Belkys is absolutely amazing. She always uses the right amount of pressure and locates the areas where you need the most work on your body intuitively. Her massages help me release knots and all the tension from my neck and upper back. I highly recommend Belkys.
