My Nail Salon

Kristine gave me the best manicure I’ve had in a long time. She was detail-oriented and careful to protect my nails from becoming too thin/weak. I had dip powder done, and she did a terrific job making them look natural. She was open to all questions and suggestions I had. She took her time, which was refreshing compared to the many rushed manicures I’ve had in Boston. She enjoys her job and demonstrates excellent and sincere customer service. Kristine is a real asset to this salon.

Kristine is the best. She literally transformed my completely broken nails that kept splitting into long strong nails that I have never had before. She is truly cares about her clients and their satisfaction. She always does a great job and does it with a smile!

My first visit to My Nails salon on West Newton St in South End. To my surprise I reconnected a tech Kristine who I met at l an old salon I went to. Kristine has BEEN SO GOOD TO ME. I’m pretty upset. I’ve been coming here for two years and lately, I feel like my tech (Tina) is rushing and careless. Today, she asked me to reschedule to 90 min later (I said I couldn’t) and we agreed that I’d come 20 min later than scheduled. Well - the work product is disappointing and painful. I showed her a photo, wanting darker purple with chrome. She directed me to what base color I needed to achieve it. When she put the chrome on, the color was totally off. Looked like gunmetal so I had her remove the chrome. The dip is nearly black. It looks horrible in my light skin. And she filed so poorly that my cuticles are bleeding. When I expressed being upset, she just shrugged and said “sorry”
