Rosie is AMAZING! She takes her time and always makes sure that your hair is perfect! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair from people since I’ve started coming here. My biggest regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. I’ve been living in Wilmington for / years and she’s the first person I trust to take care of my hair. Thanks Rosie for such an amazing job every time and thank you for you being amazing as well!!!
