My prenatal massage with Jenny was a disappointing and stressful experience. After taking me back, she left me standing in the hallway for several minutes with no explanation. Multiple staff members walking by assumed I was waiting for the bathroom so I don’t think this is normal. They also did not have a proper setup for side lying, and it was very uncomfortable having my head and neck at a downward angle the entire time. Because the pillows at my side were so flat, it also turned into more of a 3/4 stomach lying than side lying and I was constantly checking to make sure we weren’t crushing my baby. During the massage, the pressure varied immensely - on some parts of my body I could barely feel her hands and at other points it was so intense I couldn’t keep my entire body from tensing up

For this price I expect a more professional massage. Had a 60 min prenatal and it was just mediocre. Facility looks nice and clean. But the massage itself felt rushed, not quite relaxing, like I went to a Chinese massage parlor down the street. Prenatal massages are usually done sideways, and my masseus Jenny was trying to twist my upper body into weird angle with very little communication on what she wanted to achieve due to language barrier. She soaked me in an unusually generous amount of massage oil. Strokes felt rushed. She had some trouble with the big blanket. When massaging my legs, she rolled the blanket up and dumped it on my belly (hello, baby there). Not returning. Will pay a little more and go to Four Seasons for a prenatal massage.

Found this lovely hidden gem in West Portal, and I had a fantastic experience. Per Christine's recommendations and my needs we did a myofascial/lymphatic. Christine is lovely, kind, and smart woman--she made sure I was comfortable and educated me on what she was doing, and even gave me a few tips. I weigh about 256lbs, and requested extra firm, and Christine did not disappoint. I'm thankful for the 1st time experience; the pain was totally worth it! Will be coming back soon.

Christine solved my back pain. She goes deep (can you stand it?) She stretches every muscle and shifted my rib cage. I had busses on my inner thigh, but it was worth it. She is the best.

I recently tried their Signature Deluxe Facial, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of relaxation. The spa is clean, inviting, and comfortable, with new and professional equipment. The facial itself was fantastic. It started with a deep steam cleanse to purify my pores, followed by an ultrasonic device to infuse serums, and then light therapy. The experience included a facial lifting massage along with a shoulder, neck, and head massage, finishing with a full skincare routine. My skin felt refreshed and radiant afterward – truly a rejuvenating experience! My esthetician, Amy, was incredible. With over two decades of experience, her technique was incredibly skillful, and she provided expert advice tailored to my skin. The entire session was incredibl
