If I could give them 0 stars I would. Let’s begin the lady was rude she tried to force me to gel polish when I stated several times I brought my own. She asked me what I wanted I told her I wanted an overlay. She does them tell me to wash my hands then she sits me down to start the polish. I told her I only wanted the tips. I got an overlay so I just wanted that little line they do across the top now days . she told me it was going to be an extra 10 My sister had already paid while I was washing my hands. So I told her don’t worry about it. Good thing I did because my sister said she charged 40 bucks for the overlay and 40 for the full set she got with clear polish. She got me walking out looking like a damn man with clear polish. Never again

Rushed and unsanitary. I came in for a pedicure and soaked in the water for an hour. There was standing water in the pedicure bowls. The bowl next to me had foot debris in it. No plastic liners. The pumice stone was used and not discarded after my pedicure. I didn’t see the pumice stone before she started using it, otherwise I would have requested a new one. But she pulled it out so quick I didn’t see it until she was done. The red flag was that it felt smooth and I saw the edges were worn. I didn’t get any cuticle care like pushing them back and trimming. She tapped the pusher on each nail then just glided the nippers across my nail. No massage, just a bunch of hitting and slapping. Floor was filthy. The towel was never changed out so my feet were sitting on a dirty towel during the poli

I have been going to this hidden gem nail shop for about 6 months and I absolutely love their services! Well worth the money, always patient, professional and friendly.

I have been going to see Nina for over seven years. I keep going back and will always recommend because of the professionalism, hospitality and friendly atmosphere. They truly care for their customers! I have a lung disease I battle and in certain instances, when I’m not feeling so good, Nina has opened her shop early to get me in and out and back home very quickly!! She is such a doll and as long as I have my nails done Nina is the one I pick!!
