N-LEY NAILS

Over the years I’ve only came here to get my eyebrows done by Vivian and she does a wonderful job! I’ve only gotten my nails done twice and those two times were at N-Ley Nails. An older man did my nails the first time and he was great, no complaints there. The second and last time I got my nails done was by an elderly woman and it wasn’t so pleasant. They don’t sanitize their equipment properly. I left the shop with acrylic under some of my nails (it got to the point where it was difficult to get some of the nails off) and a little bit of pain. I couldn’t even wear them for a week. I’ve grown fungus on my fingernails and I’ve NEVER EVER had that problem before. I came back to the shop to express this problem and they were so unprofessional about it. If you’re thinking about going to N-Ley

After 8 whole years today is my last time coming here you know it’s time to go when Alvin does a sloppy set and I tip good I recently had athletes foot and haven’t been getting my feet done by Kim who usually does my pedicures today my feet are healed i come in ask for pedicure Kim tells someone else to do it (I’m sure cause I haven’t been coming to her for my nails or pedicure ) I’ve been going to Alvin who is more advanced than her I go to her for a simple look I’ve tried with her on the design things and she doesn’t execute like I want so with that being said she didn’t wanna do my feet a younger child comes to do my feet she is cutting my nails in circular motion I’m like can you cut them str8 across she proceeds to cut at an angle (how you cut the nail is how it grows back )so I take

They charged me 96 prices but the place looks like a bando. I only got my hands done but I'm never going back because they didn't seem sanitary enough. That lil spritz of alcohol on her tools didn't make me feel comfortable.

I use to come here before covid and it was fine. I just visited again today for the first time in years and I WILL NOT BE BACK. They are pricey and over-charge. Straight bullshit! I usually pay 35-40$ for an overlay or fill in and now they wanted 55-60. They have crazy prices and I excuses for the prices. Just not worth it when you can go up a mile or two for at least $10 lesser for whatever! Very disappointed and won’t be back. The lash lady named Ken is gone too smh. Don’t come here unless you don’t care about how much you spend.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I’ve been going to this nail shop since 2021 and I’ve noticed how entitled and egoistical one of the nail techs are. I started getting my nails done by Vivian. She does nails, eyebrow tint and lashes. Somewhere around the second year of faithfully every two weeks come to see only her, she started to slack on her technique. She didn’t take the time to really perfect my nails like she had done in the past. I feel it’s because I never complained. This one particular time I asked her to correct a mistake she made and she became very arrogant and dismissive. I also asked her not to put sealant on my lashes and she completely disregarded my request. I also noticed that she was putting the effort in making sure my eyebrows were even. Her whole attitu
