Today was my first visit to a hairdresser in Florida, since I moved here in the summer. I went with Nay and I am so glad I did. We had a deep heartfelt consultation which I needed regarding this birdnest on my head. After all was said and done, I will be going back for sure to continue my healthy natural hair journey.

I’ve been looking for a hairstylist for me and my daughters that we can go to regularly for about 2 years now and once I got my hair done by Moy I knew my search was over. She is very professional, on time and friendly. The salon is beautiful and clean. Every stylist that works there is friendly and professional. It’s just a great atmosphere. This is my spot 😊

Very grateful to Nay and her team! I appreciate her for taking my appointment when a different stylist at her salon had to cancel. She did a great job and I’m so happy that I was able to get my hair retwisted and braided while on vacation. The shop is around 35 minutes away from most Disney related areas. I initially used StyleSeat app to book my appointment. Definitely call. Nay twisted my locs and her in-house braider, braided my hair.

I booked with Ebony for knotless braids and I will never do so again. She was more than 20 minutes late to the appointment without any acknowledgment when she walked in. She was rude, unprofessional, and not friendly. Also, there is little to no consulting before the appoint besides what hair color to use, (which she asked for, the morning of the appointment). She didn’t respond when I tried to consult with her, almost week prior to the appointment. Not until I texted her again 3 days before the appointment just to reconfirm because I did leave a deposit. She replied, “you received a confirmation email when you booked the appointment”. The appointment was long, awkward and the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. This salon is...just trash. Booked with Amoy through styleseat. On the day of the appointment I had orginally scheduled, I got an upcoming reminder from the app for the following day, thought i was going crazy. Turns out I was not, apparently she rescheduled it to the following day without notifying me, then didn't show up to the appointment she rescheduled. I waited at the Salon for almost 30 mins, two of the other salon employees saw me waiting and told me she was not here yet. I finally reached out, only for her to come up with every excuse in the book on why she's a no show to an appointment she rescheduled. Finally after alot of back and forth, she offered to come out and do my hair. It's a NO for me, throw the whole salon away.
