Nail 1st

I stopped coming here years ago. I normally go to bliss but bc they’re closed for remodeling I tried to come here bc I know they have the same owners. When I walked in they were rude! The guy at the first desk thought he was funny And insulted my hair which came off just rude and even rascist! I left and went to imperial. It’s crazy bliss is owned by the same people. I would not recommend coming here at all.

Where do I begin... while looking for a new nail place & tech... I made a few calls, not much impressed with the phone conversations, I kept looking. Finally, I called Nail 1st,... the lady was nice, polite, friendly & welcoming. The welcoming atmosphere, staff, and customers let me know I was in the right place & made a great choice. I explained what I wanted & the rest is history! I've found My New Nail Salon & New Tech!!

I have been coming here for a while for pedicures. I went last weekend and had the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I will not be back. My toes not only look sloppy, the nail tech peeled the nail off my pinky toe instead of clipping it off and didn't fully file it. Then when I asked her to clip one of my other nails in a different way she yelled at me so much so that another person came over and ended up finishing my toes. Now I also have terrible ingrown toenails from how awful she clipped my nails!! When I tell this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a nail salon, I mean IT. WAS. THE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. I. HAVE. EVER. HAD. AT. A NAIL. SALON. AWFUL I can't believe I was charged AND EXPECTED to tip!!!! Absurd. What is wrong with this economy that services believe they ca

I'm disappointed in the service. I requested a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure service is great, but the gentleman who did my manicure did it fast and it is starting to come apart. This was done 3 days ago. It was expensive and I left a tip over 20%. Not a great experience

I get nails done to prevent picking at my fingers. I get dip powder on my natural nails and I've had it last for over a month without looking too chipped/cracked, besides growth. This is my most recent, had it for a week and a half, now. UV activated. Please be warned that if your cuticles are torn up from biting/picking, you might get teased by your technician. Only had that happen once, but it was my first time and almost deterred me from going back. That tech has not done my nails since. Every other experience has been good.
