Nail 3000

OK. I don't know how this store got a 4 star rating. I just literally got my manicure and the nail had rush on doing my nails. Not completely thoroughly check the tip of the nail being cut. Then to top it off, on my way to pay for the service, you will charge a 10% fee on credit card. That's ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to that establishment.

My friend left her phone there by accident and she was one of the last people customers they had in the shop. She came early the next day till they opened the shop to ask for the phone but they said it wasn't with them. She asked if she could check the security footage for that evening, but they told her that their security camera was not working.

Straight up cut the healthy part of the side of my toe after my repeated "ouch" and did my pedicure in 5 seconds . It was extremely rushed and sloppy. I gave grace because I documented it with pictures just in case. She left me bleeding and didn't even say sorry to me or anything. I paid her and the lady took my money and tipped herself. Didn't even attempt to offer my change back to see if I wanted to even tip. My toe was bleeding so bad and a day later it swelled up and looks infected. Now I'm going to go to the Doctor. It hurts to walk on it. Never again. I've been a loyal customers for years too. Bye! Update: toe has pus and redness and pain. They need to properly clean their tools and be careful when cutting skin. And at least offer a discount and an apology!!

They did a decent job but not perfection. The staff were pleasant. Prices are good. Some of them just do more talking than paying attention to details. The pre-printed nail art is ok but I prefer hand painted designs. I wanted a simple flower by the lady couldn't do it.

I went in there for a gel pedicure anda fill in. Girllllllllll the lady doing my pedicure cut me!!!!!! It wasn’t enough to completely break the skin so i didn’t realize till she put on the acetone. She was just way too aggressive with the drill. I told her she cut me and she said “if i would’ve cut you, you’d be bleeding.” ……. I just looked at her. Then i decided to just not get any type of polish. The manager took $5 off for that, not because i was cut. The lady who was doing my fill in actually came over while i was still getting my pedicure done and she even had to stop and use the drill on my feet. She was telling the original lady how rough she was being, probably. But she was no better doing my nails. I told her the acrylic she added was way too thick. Tell me why she used the dri
