Nail Angel

I've been patronizing this establishment for over 15 years due to LouAnn being AWESOME; even though I moved 35 minutes away. It was so disappointing that I came in today for a pedicure. I was told that they couldn't take me because they had already cleaned up due to it being slow. Mind you, it was over an hour before they closed. No customers were in there AT ALL!! I make it a point to always tip VERY WELL for my service (I only get pedicures). I even explained to Tony and Four that my mom wasn't getting anything done and how hurtful it was to be loyal to a facility and be turned away. I couldn't understand why they wouldn't want to make the money. I never complain. I never talk too much. I always tip well. It goes to show how they don't cherish and value their long-term customers. Today was my first time giving this salon a try and I don’t regret it at all. I was a walk in on a Tuesday evening after work and did not have to wait. I absolutely love my nails. I told her I like my nails very short and she did just that. I like that she took her time and made sure I like the length, shape and color of my nails. I will be going back.

I came here twice before. The first time to do my toes and they managed to messed that up. I came back again to get a filling for my real nails. Instead of the man Tony, stating he didn’t know how to take off the design on me nails he broke one of my real nails. He then said I can’t do it you have to wait for the other girl after he broke it. He didn’t even suggest giving me a free nail to replace the one he broke. I had to ask for one. Never again!

If i could give them zero stars i would. My mom wanted to get her nails done for mothers day my mom looked up the time to make sure they were open. She always comes here to get manicure amd pedicures. As soon as we are walking towards the door the lady walks towards the door and locks it. It was not where near 6 yet! They looked at us smiled and made a cross signal with her arms. My mom was baffled. This is exactly why i stopped coming years ago i came to get my moms feet done and this is how they treat a regular customer(my mother) she said she will never come back. Customer service does not exist at this nail salon!u

I love this place! Gwen does an AWESOME job with eyebrows and nails. Tony also does an amazing job with nails. LuAnn is the BEST when it comes to pedicures. I have been a faithful customer for years and always walk away satisfied! The staff is AWESOME!!
