Great place to get ut nails and feet done. Been going there since I came to cal 3 yrs ago. My mom has been going for over 10 yrs now

I had a long time getting my nails done. But last time however on Friday, February 7th I arrived to make a new design like every 3 weeks and I asked for a specific design from the señira and she told me that yes, she started doing the work and told me a little the finger (I know it is likely to happen) she did not matter, she continued and told me: I am going to make you Valentine's Day design because the day is coming, you tell her no, that I wanted the design I requested, to which she proceeded to make the design she wanted. I'm not fighting or exhibiting staff in front of other customers. I had to go back on Sunday because a nail sniffed and asked for the manager but they did the ones they didn't hear when I explained the problem (by the way it charged me $5 more than usual) total that

Nails came out cute, but the lady doing my nails kept answering her phone. Also, she cut me twice with her scissors while very rapidly and carelessly cutting my nails into the coffin shape. 1st pic is what I got, 2nd is my inspiration pic.

My daughter went to get her nails done today with her dad, $40 for a new set. She gets a super short set, but the nails look like crap. They are lumpy and thick. Like way to take advantage of a young girl and her dad not knowing how to speak up to correct the botched job you gave her. A zero star would be my true rating.

Been coming here for a couple of months and it never disappoints. The service is wonderful and everyone is so nice! They always do their best to accommodate all guests. Will def keep coming back!
