I’ve been going to this nail bar since December 2024, and up until now, my only concern was how Eric (the owner) speaks to his employees, it’s often disrespectful and uncomfortable to witness. Fast forward to present day: I called ahead, as usual, and booked a 3:30 PM appointment. When I arrived, his partner (the woman who sits next to him) asked me to wash my hands, which is standard. I sat down expecting a regular fill-in, but instead, she began cutting my nails off. Confused, I asked why, and she snapped that they were “too long.” I’ve been getting my nails done since middle school and have never heard that as a reason to cut off a full set. I visited Nail Bar and Spa Lounge on Friday, July 25th for a pedicure and nail fill-in. While the salon appeared clean and inviting from the outside, my experience was disappointing. The Issues: - By Thursday, July 31st (only 6 days later), THREE of my nails were already lifting - Both thumbs completely popped off like press-on nails - I'm currently on vacation having to hunt for nail glue to fix them - This happened despite doing no manual labor or activities that would stress the nails Service Concerns: - I was charged $125 for basic white nails and toes after being told the design I requested couldn't be done - The quality of products used appears subpar given how quickly the nails failed - No explanation was provided for why my requested design wasn't possible Bottom Line: For $125,

They did great job as always I be back for sure! They did my nail that broke and looks like it never broke and trust me it was a bad break it was all way down to the skin my nail got caught at work. And the owner dog mochi is super sweet I love saying hi to him and the owner is super sweet as well and very good with nails two! I would highly recommend going to them you’ll feel very happy and relaxed during your service. My favorite service is their pedicures.

I go to Nijah to get my acrylic service. I absolutely love her. She's patient, kind, and understanding. She takes her time and nothing ever feels rushed. I always get my designs from her. And they are all hand painted. My review is based on my experience with strictly NIJAH.

I truly enjoy visiting this nail salon because of its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. However, I have consistently had concerning experiences with the actual services provided. For example, on my birthday I received a pedicure during which the technician, Patricia, caused a painful injury to the bottom of my foot. More recently, I had a manicure with Eric, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. He trimmed my cuticles too deeply, leaving my fingers bleeding and sore for several days. Even a week later, one finger remains painful. Considering the premium prices, the level of service should not result in injuries or ongoing discomfort. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that improvements can be made.
